Who
Needs a Medical ?
- Immigration Medicals
can only be conducted by Panel Physicians designated by the
U.S. Government. Medical examinations are valid for one year
from the date that they are performed.
- If you have received
an appointment letter from the U.S. Consulate in Montreal then
you must now make an appointment for your medical.
- All members of your
family listed on your appointment letter require a medical.
This includes infants and children. Children under 15 are not
required to have blood tests or an x-ray.
- If you are a fiancé
and have a letter from the consulate but no appointment date
and have been instructed to obtain a medical examination.
- If your lawyer has
instructed you to make an appointment for a medical.
